The Investment Readiness Programme helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) comprehensively understand the world of business finance with sessions in the following areas:

Creating forecasts and business planning documents
Pitch decks for investors
This programme will increase the opportunities for businesses in the region to gain access to external investment through two stages of support. The stages are:
Stage 1: Business Engagement and Information and Advice
Stage 2: Mentoring Support to Develop the Investment Pitch
The programme will be delivered by Coventry and Warwickshire Growth Hub, and Oxford Innovation Advice.
Birmingham, Solihull, and Black Country businesses:
For businesses based in Birmingham, Solihull, and Black Country businesses, Oxford Innovation Advice is delivering the Investment Readiness programme under the name of Access to Finance.
Oxford Innovation Advice will be providing support to eligible SMEs in Birmingham, Solihull, and the Black Country. As a well-established organisation, they can provide the accessible financial support needed to help small and medium businesses flourish. The Investment Readiness programme will be delivered as “Access to Finance” through free workshops and focused specialised mentoring support.

Coventry programme:
C&W Business Solutions, which is part of the CW Growth Hub Group, is delivering the Investment Readiness programme in Coventry.
The C&W Growth Hub offers one-to-one advice and ongoing support to businesses in the region. The experienced team have been working closely with SMEs since 2014 and has successfully supported thousands of Coventry-based businesses.
As the delivery partners for Investment Readiness in Coventry, they will be providing Information and Advice through free workshops and mentoring support with investment specialists.
