Help to Grow: Management is expanding its offering for SME leaders and senior managers with the launch of Help to Grow: Management Essentials. This self-guided, online course covers the essential business concepts for growth through a series of bite-sized and practical videos and supporting resources. 

The free course will give SME leaders access to support as well as tools to begin thinking more strategically about products or services. Ultimately, these leaders will be inspired to think bigger about the potential of their organisations

Who can attend the course?

Help to Grow: Management Essentials is a great resource for business leaders with under five employees who are not currently eligible for the Help to Grow: Management Course.

In addition, rising stars and those transitioning into managerial positions for the first time may find Help to Grow: Management Essentials a useful resource in their professional development. The course can also serve as a refresher of core concepts for senior leaders.

Those who complete the course will receive a certificate of completion.

How does the course work?

Once registered, attendees can access the content through our online learning platform. The course content is divided into three easy-to-access modules. Each of these modules contains a series of short videos created by SME experts from our Small Business Charter business schools to give leaders the supporting resources to help them think about their business differently.

In total there are 17 videos, which are between 5 and 7 minutes in length, these can be accessed at any time at your own pace. Help to Grow: Management Essentials is completely free and has no eligibility criteria.
