Tasty African Food is a chain of fast food restaurants across London, Essex, and Kent serving West African inspired dishes.

With 30 branches and 150+ employees, Tasty African Food is on a mission to grow to 100 locations over the next five years. But to ensure this goal becomes a reality, two members of the senior management team joined the Help to Grow: Management Course at London South Bank University, School of Business to gain the tools required to streamline operations, build a transformation team, and align staff around a shared vision.

From standardising procedures to strengthening leadership, the course has helped Tasty African Food future-proof its business for the next 25 years and formalise a robust growth strategy.

In this video Modupe Awe, Head of Business and Strategy at Tasty African Food, and Simi Alalea, Business Development Manager, discuss the changes they've made and their plans for the future of the business.
