Help to Grow: Management Essentials doesn’t have a complicated application process. Simply fill in a short registration form on the Small Business Charter website, and you will be ready to start.
How many people from my organisation can register?
Senior decision-makers working for organisations with one to 249 employees are welcome to register. Team leaders and managers can use the course to think more strategically about the future of their organisations too. There is no limit to how many employees from the same organisation can register for the course.

What does the course cover?
Help to Grow: Management Essentials will help you identify your organisation’s strengths and start creating a plan to achieve your goals. The course will also direct you to wider support for your business.
What is the course structure?
Help to Grow: Management Essentials consists of three modules, each of them containing multiple units. Each unit includes a short video and a selection of resources. Once you have completed all of the units, you will be asked to fill out a feedback survey to access your Help to Grow: Management Essentials certificate.
How long is the course?
It should take two hours of study time to complete the course.

Help to Grow: Management Essentials is an online-only, self-guided course that takes approximately two hours to complete. It is designed for leaders, managers, and those taking on management positions in the near future. Help to Grow: Management Essentials is free of charge.
The Help to Grow: Management Course is more in-depth. It provides 12 online face-to-face workshops, as well as peer group sessions, and 10 hours of one-to-one mentoring. Throughout the course, we focus on actionable learning.
We encourage you to start working on your tailored growth action plan from week one. You will have the opportunity to develop this with your mentor and your business school team. This ensures you have a documented plan ready to implement when you finish the course.
To register for the Help to Grow: Management Course leaders must meet the eligibility criteria and pay a course fee.
