Dr Luke Fletcher, Chartered Psychologist and Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Aston Business School, will explore what meaningfulness is within the workplace, why it is important and how managers can foster and nurture meaningfulness within their teams.
Following the fallout from the global recession, and the explosion of interest thereafter in creating an ‘engaged’ and ‘committed’ workforce, it has become even more important to consider what is valuable to us at work and how we make our day-to-day working lives more meaningful.
Can managers build on this to create more engaged, more proactive, and more psychologically enriched teams?
Amardeep Gill, Managing Partner of Trowers & Hamlins will share personal anecdotes and advice on the topic to practically bring to life the theory and knowledge shared.
