Accelerating Innovation

A multi-million pound centre to foster and accelerate the next generation of innovators and innovations has being established in Leicester at the University.

The Leicester Innovation Hub, a £5.1m dedicated creative incubation and innovation space in the heart of the city, part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), will provide an easy to find ‘front door’ to the University’s innovation support, expertise and facilities.

Inclusive and Inspirational

University of Leicester School of Business Pubic Lecture Series features invited speakers who are regarded as leaders in the areas of management, economics, finance and business. Hosted by the Dean, Professor Peter Lunt, the lectures take place three times each year and are open to students, staff, alumni and the public.

The theme of each lecture is chosen for its topicality and relevance to the understanding of contemporary economics and management, with each speaker being an influential leader in their field. Each lecture features an expert respondent from the academic team, an opportunity for questions from the audience and further discussion at the post-lecture reception.
